How do I know if someone has completed the Digital Profiler Questionnaire?

Once a person has completed the questionnaire their results will be visible in the Candidate Results Table on the system dashboard. Ensure the Digital profiler toggle is selected.

The Assessment Status column will show one of three statuses:

• Resend Invitation: Dark blue colour: The candidate has not commenced the questionnaire. Clicking the status (Resent Invitation button) will send the initial email invitation again.
• In Progress: Yellow colour: The candidate has commenced the questionnaire, but it is yet to be completed.
• Completed: Teal colour: The candidate has finished the questionnaire and results are available. These can be viewed via the Candidate Information Modal.
