Candidate Results Table

One of the most important parts of the Digital Robot system is the Candidate Results Table. The questionnaire status and results, along with all of the information that has been gathered about a candidate, can be found on the Dashboard of the home page.

Understanding the Candidate Results Table

There are several columns automatically displayed in the candidate results table:

Selection (check box)
Candidate ID
Name
Email
Assessment Status
Tag - Assessment Type
Date/Time of Completion
Support Level Indicator (if in use)
Candidate Information Modal icon

You can hide/unhide any of these columns by accessing the Column Settings.

Selection Checkbox

This column allows you to select one or multiple candidates.

To select all candidates, click the checkbox at the top of the column.

Once you have selected one or more candidates the Bulk Action, Move to Archive and Delete buttons will appear at the top of the table.

The Bulk Action options include:

Download CSV - creates and exports data as a CSV file; and
Export Report - with all candidates selected exported in one pdf file.

Candidate ID

This column displays the ID for this candidate (if this was included).

Name

This column displays the candidate's name.

Email

This column displays the candidate's email address.

Assessment Status

This column displays the status of the assessment:

Resend Invitation - Dark Blue (this is a clickable button to resend the original invitation email to the candidate).
In Progress - Yellow.
Completed - Teal/Green.

Date/Time

This column displays the date and time that the candidate completed their Online Questionnaire.

Note: An 'N/A' will display in this column when a candidate hasn't completed the questionnaire.

This column shows an eye icon. Clicking this icon will open a modal (pop-out window) with additional information about each candidate, along with the results if the candidate has completed their questionnaire. Support Level

Relates to the Instant Results Reporting Feature when this feature has been activated. See the related article for full details on this function.

Assessment Type

You can switch between seeing results for the two Assessment Types included in the system (Digital Profiler or Course Ready) by clicking on the appropriate questionnaire type at the top of the results table.

When viewing Digital Profiler data, records can be filtered by assessment type, status or tag to display the required data.

The 'Tags' filter options refer to the questionnaire types displayed in the Tags column (shown below):

DigComp3.0 indicates a Digital Profiler assessment, mapped against the DigComp 3.0 Framework.
DigComp3.0 Course indicates a Digital Profiler - Course Aligned assessment, if in use. This assessment is also mapped to the DigComp 3.0 Framework. More details here.
DigComp 2.2 - Clients with systems that were in use before the introduction of DigComp 3.0 will also have the DigComp 2.2 tag displayed for older candidate/questionnaire records that were mapped to the previous DigComp 2.2 Framework.
