Candidate Results Table

One of the most important parts of the Digital Robot system is the Candidate Results Table. The questionnaire results, along with all of the information that has been gathered about a candidate, can be found on the Dashboard of the home page.

This table includes all of the information that is gathered about Candidates.

Understanding Candidate Results Table

There are several columns automatically displayed in the candidate results table:

Selection
Candidate ID
Name
Email
Assessment Type
Assessment Status
Date/Time
Candidate Information Modal

You can hide/unhide any of these columns by accessing the Column Settings.

Selection

This column allows you to select one or multiple candidates. To select all candidates you can click the checkbox at the top of the column. Once you have selected one or more candidates, Move to Archive and Delete buttons will appear at the top of the table.

Candidate ID

This column displays the ID for this candidate (if this was included).

Name

This column displays the candidate's name.

Email

This column displays the candidate's email address.

Assessment Type

This column shows the type of assessment that the candidate completed (Digital Profiler or Course Ready). You can switch between seeing results for these two Assessment Types by clicking on the appropriate title at the top.

Assessment Status

This column displays the status of the assessment:

Resend Invitation (this is a clickable button to resend the original invitation email to the candidate).
In Progress
Completed

Date/Time

This column displays the date and time that the learner completed their Online Questionnaire.

Note: An 'N/A' will display in this column when a learner hasn't completed the questionnaire.

Candidate Information Modal

This column shows an eye icon. Clicking this icon will open a modal with additional information about each candidate, along with the results if the candidate has completed their questionnaire. More information about the Candidate Information Modal can be found here: Candidate Information Modal
