How do I know if someone has completed the Course Ready Questionnaire?

Once a person has completed the questionnaire their results will be visible in the Candidate Results Table on the system dashboard. Ensure the Course Ready toggle is selected.

The Assessment Status column will show one of three statuses:

• Resend Invitation: Dark blue colour: The candidate has not completed the questionnaire. Clicking the status (Resent Invitation button) will send the initial invitation email again.
• Support Required: Yellow colour: The candidate has completed the questionnaire, but responses indicate they require support to undertake online learning. More details can be viewed in the Candidate Information Modal.
• Suitable: Green colour: The candidate has finished the questionnaire and responses indicate they require support to undertake online learning. More details can be viewed in the Candidate Information Modal.
