Export Answer Report
When a candidate completes the Course Ready questionnaire or the Digital Profiler their results are saved to the Candidate Results Table.
The answer given for each question in the questionnaire is also saved into the Digital Robot System. This information can be viewed and saved in a PDF from the Candidate Results Table page.
This information can be useful when assessing a candidate's questionnaire results further or to gain a deeper understanding of the answers that they entered into the questionnaire.
- From the Dashboard you can see the Candidate Results Table. Select the required Result table type:
- Digital Profiler Questionnaire;
- Course Ready - Digital Readiness for Learning Questionnaire (only in Digital Robot for Study Systems).
- Click the Candidate Information Modal eye icon for the required candidate. The Assessment Status must be marked as "Completed" for the Answer Report to be available.
- Click either of the Export Answer Report buttons to export the PDF report.
- Once the answer report has been generated it will open in a new tab or download straight to your device depending on the browser you are using. Make sure you save the report according to your organisation’s procedures.
