Is the questionnaire customised depending on the job the candidate is being compared to?

No. The questionnaire asks questions about a candidate's past experiences with digital devices, software, systems or processes to establish their digital capability profile. This can then be compared to a job profile to create a Digital Skills Comparison report.

The questions are aligned to the Australian Digital Capability Framework (ADCF).
