Candidate Access to Questionnaires - Invitations and Links

There are three ways to invite candidates to complete the Digital Profiler Questionnaire:

  1. Invite Single Candidate. 
  2. Invite Multiple Candidates.
  3. Give candidates a Direct Link.

There are 3 questionnaire options:

  • Digital Profiler Questionnaire;
  • Digital Profiler - Course Aligned Questionnaire (only in Digital Robot for Study Systems); and
  • Course Ready - Digital Readiness for Learning Questionnaire (only in Digital Robot for Study Systems).

Invite Single Candidate

This allows you to invite a single candidate to complete the Digital Profiler Questionnaire, the Digital Profiler - Course Aligned Questionnaire, and/or the Course Ready - Digital Readiness for Learning Questionnaire.

Fill in the candidate's information, including a valid email address, so an invitation email can be sent from the Digital Robot System. The system will send the candidate an email with a custom link to the selected Questionnaire that has their details pre-filled in the candidate information form.

Invite Multiple Candidates

This allows you to invite multiple candidates to complete the Digital Profiler Questionnaire, the Digital Profiler - Course Aligned Questionnaire, and/or the Course Ready - Digital Readiness for Learning Questionnaire.

To send multiple candidates invitations you download a pre-formatted spreadsheet and fill out the details for each candidate. Once the completed spreadsheet is uploaded the Digital Robot System will let you review the candidate list and in one click the system can issue invitations to all of those candidates.
The Digital Robot system will send each candidate an email with a custom link to the appropriate questionnaire with their details pre-filled in the candidate information form.

Note for Digital Robot for Study systems: both the Digital Profiler and Digital Profiler - Course Aligned Questionnaire invites will be included on the "Digital Profiler" tab of the spreadsheet.

In your Settings screen you can view direct links to each questionnaire you have available.

Note: This section of Digital Robot System is only available to users who have an Administrator role in the system.

This section contains direct links to the available questionnaires for your Digital Robot System and includes:

  • The questionnaire name.
  • The questionnaire link.

To have a candidate complete a questionnaire simply give them the direct link for that specific questionnaire. They will be asked to enter their information into the candidate information form prior to accessing the questionnaire.

Note: for subscriptions with combined systems (for Work and for Study) there will be two Digital Profiler links, one for each candidate cohort.


Note for Digital Robot for Study Systems:

If a course is selected on the invitation screen and you have the Digital Profiler - Course Aligned feature activated, the candidate will be invited/directed to the Digital Profiler - Course Aligned Questionnaire. 

If no course is selected, the candidate will be directed to the complete Digital Profiler Questionnaire unless the learner self-selects a course when confirming their details at the beginning of the questionnaire, in which case they'll be directed to the Digital Profiler - Course Aligned Questionnaire.
