Invite Single Candidate
To invite a candidate to complete a questionnaire you can invite them via the 'Invite' module of the system.
From this page you can select/complete the candidate information for the Questionnaire Type, First Name, Last Name and Email Address (these are mandatory fields).
For Questionnaire Type:
- Digital Robot for Study has two options: Digital Profiler or Course Ready.
- Digital Robot for Work has just one option: Digital Profiler.
If you have Job Profiles or Course Profiles saved in the system you can also assign one of those to the candidate.
Once you have filled out all the details you can press the 'Send Invite' button.
This will then send an email to the candidate based on the relevant invite template. These can be edited in the System Settings by an Administration user.
