Candidate Deletion and Recovery Function

There may be candidates in the Results Table that you wish to delete. You are able to do this from the Dashboard home page.

Note: Once a candidate result is deleted an Administrator will have 30 days to restore them if needed. After this time the results CANNOT be restored.

Candidate Deletion

  1. Locate the candidate (or candidates) that you want to delete and select their corresponding checkbox on the left-hand side of their entry.

To select all candidates you can click the checkbox at the top of the column. 

  1. Once the required entries have been selected, click the Delete button to delete the selected candidate/s.

  1. The system will ask you to confirm that you want to delete the selected candidates. 

To delete the candidates click the Confirm button.

To cancel the deletion click the Cancel button.

Candidate Recovery

Note: Only Administrators can recover results

  1. To recover deleted candidate results, navigate to the Recently Deleted page by hovering over Results and clicking on Recently Deleted.

  1. Locate the candidate (or candidates) that you want to recover and select their corresponding checkbox on the left-hand side of their entry.

  1. Once the required entries have been selected, click the Restore button to restore the selected candidate/s.

Once restored your candidate record will re-appear in the Candidate Results Table.
