Job Profiles

Note: This feature is only available in the Digital Robot for Work system.

Note 2: This process is superseded, but was relevant to the process and system pre-April 2026, when it was replaced by the updated process detailed in the article Job Profiles for DigComp 3.0.

What is a Job Profile?

A Job Profile is the digital skills required for a job role.

The Digital Robot System uses a purpose built diagnostic tool to determine the required digital skills levels of a job role within an organisation. This profile outlines the specific digital skills and proficiency levels required, based on the DigComp Framework.

The system guides users through selecting relevant skills from a comprehensive list, ensuring that every critical digital competency is accounted for.

After a Job Profile has been created you can view, edit, duplicate and delete it from within the Digital Robot System.

Access the Job Profiles
