Resume Questionnaire Link
Every candidate that is invited to or starts an Online Questionnaire in the Digital Robot System is given an individual Resume Questionnaire Link. This link allows the candidate to continue from the latest question they submitted if they were unable to complete the questionnaire in a single sitting.
By opening the Resume Questionnaire Link the candidate is able to resume and complete the questionnaire, rather than having to start over.
If the candidate exits the questionnaire they will receive an email containing the Resume Questionnaire Link, but you can also find the link for each candidate by following these steps:
- Find the candidate in the Candidate Results Table and click on the eye icon.
- Copy the Questionnaire Link from the of the Candidate Details table.
This can then be forwarded to the candidate if they cannot find the email previously sent by the Digital Robot System.
The link is only available for those candidates whose Assessment Status is marked as either Resend Invitation or In Progress in the Candidate Results Table.
