Accessing the Course Ready Digital Readiness for Learning Report
Note: This is only available in Digital Robot for Study systems.
To access the report for a candidate who has completed the Course Ready Digital Readiness for Learning Questionnaire you'll first need to navigate to the Course Ready results table.
- Click on Results in the Main Menu and then click on Course Ready.
- Click on the eye icon next to the candidate whose report you want to access. This will open the Candidate Information Modal.
Please Note: This report is only available for those candidates who have completed the questionnaire. This is indicated by the Assessment Status being marked as Suitable or Support Required or Not Suitable.
Click Export PDF (bottom-right of modal screen) to download the report. This report details information on the candidate's current capability for participating in the digital platforms and tools associated with learning in your organisation.
It will let you know their support requirements (if any), access to devices, and an overview of the types of skills they have in the digital space.
