Using the Support Level Indicator Feature
The Candidate Results Table contains a column called "Support Level" which makes it easy to scan your candidate list and prioritise which candidates need follow-up attention.
The Support Level column features a colour-coded indicator system. The indicator displays the ratio of each of the 21 skills across the 4 categories of support:
- Green – Independent. No support required. The candidate is at/above the level of the course or job profile for the skills area.
- Teal Blue – Monitor. Support may be needed and should be monitored.
- Yellow – Support. Significant support/alternative pathways required.
- Orange – Intervention Point. Specialised support required before proceeding (e.g. a score of 0 has been recorded for an area relevant to the course/job profile).
If the candidate receives yellow or orange indicator points, reports are also sent directly via email to the address listed as the Contact Email Address under the under the Candidate Correspondence Information section of the system settings.
Hovering over the indicator bar will show the number of skills that have been categorised into each support area:
Where No data available is recorded, and the questionnaire has been completed, this indicates that no course or job profile was selected for comparison (this is the "I'm not sure..." option) at the beginning of the quiz or in the invitation process.
The Support Level Indicator feature can be turned on or off via System Settings under the Questionnaire Settings menu item.
