Accessing Completion Reports

Note: This feature is applicable to Digital Robot for Work (or combined systems) only.

Copies of the reports generated by the Instant Results Report feature can be accessed via the Candidate Results Table.

The arrow next to the Candidate's Support Level Indicator can be clicked to show any created reports. This will include the reports created via the Instant Results Report feature, as well as any user-generated Digital Skills Comparison reports, which the organisation can create to get guidance on action plans, support strategies and training recommendations (how to available here) specific to the candidate and job profile.

The reports generated by the Instant Results Report feature in the Digital Robot for Work system will be:

When a job profile is selected:

• Candidate: Digital Skills Profile Report (Candidate Name) 
• Organisation: Digital Skills Comparison (Candidate Name - JOB PROFILE NAME) 

When a job profile is not selected ("I'm not sure..." option):

• Candidate: Digital Skills Profile Report (Candidate Name) 
• Organisation: Digital Skills Profile Report (Candidate Name)
