System User Roles
There are four different User Roles available in Digital Robot, which have varying levels of access within the system: Intake Assistant, Enrolment Officer, Analyst, and Administrator.
Intake Assistant
This role is for administrative assistants and staff who are involved with the enrolment process for candidates. This level user can issue invitations and check questionnaire completion status only.
Enrolment Officer
This role is for administrative assistants and staff who are involved with the enrolment process for candidates. This level user can issue invitations, check questionnaire completion status, and view results.
Analyst
This role is for specialists who are involved with the assessment and support of candidates.
Administrator
This role is for the administrator/s of the Digital Robot System.
