Accessing your Digital Robot System

To access your Digital Robot System you will need to be an active user. 

Note: If you aren't an active user please contact your System Administrator.

Login to your Digital Robot System

1. Navigate to your Digital Robot System login page. This is specific to your Digital Robot System deployment and the link can be obtained from your System Administrator.
2. Enter your Email and Password.
3. Click the Login button.
4. Read through and accept the Terms of Use by clicking on I Agree.
5. You'll be sent an email with a One Time Password. Enter it in the pop-up window and click Submit.

Note: This One Time Password will only be valid for 15 minutes.

Resetting your Password

If you have forgotten your Digital Robot System password you can reset it using your registered email address.

1. Click the Forgot Password? button.
2. Enter the email address that is registered in the Digital Robot System.
3. An email will be sent to you with a password reset link. This link will expire in 24 hours.
4. Click the link contained in the email. The link will automatically log you in and request that you set a new password. Your new password must contain:
   • a minimum of 12 characters
   • a minimum of 1 uppercase letter
   • a minimum of 1 lowercase letter
   • a minimum of 1 number
   • a minimum of 1 symbol

You cannot access the system without resetting your password at this stage.

Note: If you can't remember the email address that is registered with the Digital Robot System please contact your System Administrator.
