Export Your Data at Subscription End

When your Digital Robot subscription ends, administrators can export all customer data (such as user information and results) directly from the platform.

• Exports are provided in a structured, readable format (e.g., CSV) with field names and logical relationships preserved.
• No special request or manual retrieval from our team is required — export capability remains active until the subscription expiry date.
• TLRG will not retain any identifiable data for more than 14 days after service termination.
• While commercially reasonable efforts are made to functionally delete personal information, residual data may remain in backups or deletion logs for a limited time.
