Analytics

The Analytics section of the Digital Robot System gives you a quick overview of how the Digital Robot System is being used.

Note: This section of Digital Robot System is only available to users who have an Administrator role in the system.

View the Analytics

Access the Analytics section of the Digital Robot System by clicking the Analytics option in the menu.


Filter/Search by Date

The system automatically shows you data from all time, but you do have the ability to filter this down to particular date ranges.

To see data for a specific date range, click on Filter Date and then select from Last Month, Last 3 Months, Last 12 Months or choose your own date range by choosing a start and end date on the two calendars.


What do the analytics mean?

Completed - This shows the number of questionnaires that have been completed within the specified date range.

Archived - This shows the total number of results that have been relocated from the Results table to the Archive.

Deleted - This shows the total number of results that have been deleted from the system.

Average Completion Time - This shows the average completion time for the questionnaires within the specified date range. Note this includes all questionnaires.

Total Job Profiles - This shows the total amount of Job Profiles that have been created (only applicable for Digital Robot for Work subscribers). Note: this will only be included in a Digital Robot for Work system.

Total Course Profiles - This shows the total amount of Course Profiles that have been created (only applicable for Digital Robot for Study subscribers). Note: this will only be included in a Digital Robot for Study system.

Reports Generated - This shows the total amount of reports that have been generated within the system.

Average By Skill - This displays a bar graph of the average score out of 8 for each of the 21 digital skills that make up the 5 focus areas of the Australian Digital Capability Framework.

Average by Focus Area - This shows the overall average score for each of the 5 focus areas of the Australian Digital Capability Framework.
